My Approach
T he Method, created by Joesph Pilates in the 1920's, is centered on The 4 S's of Pilates: Strength, Stretch, Stamina &
Stabilization.
And using The 4 S's as a foundation produces amazing results like:

It seems like forever since I did my 1st Pilates session back in 1992. I fell in love with The Method, studied & got certified, and have been continuing my education ever since. I've had the pleasure of learning from the best like, Michele Larsson, Jill Cassady, Zoë Hagler and Joan Breibart. My roster of clients has included every fitness level...from nationally competing athletes to weekend warriors to exercise avoiders. Now that I've been teaching Pilates for over 26 years (and quite a few years of dance and competitive cheer, too!) I've found that the best workout is the one that's Fun, Full of Variety, and Delivers the Most Benefits.
